Everything you need to know about the Wall Money Pre-Sale and Vouchers

What is Wall Money?

Wall Money is a blockchain-powered neobank that brings together traditional banking and cryptocurrency. It provides fiat and crypto accounts, debit cards, wallets, on-ramp and off-ramp services, and instant transfers both online and offline.

What types of accounts can I open with Wall Money?

You can open a CorePass Account, which allows optional KYC and supports crypto transfers and on/off-ramps, a Standard Account with KYC, fiat operations, multi-currency support, and a debit card, or a Digital Account for businesses that includes KYB, merchant tools, and debit card access.

What is CorePass?

CorePass is a digital identity and wallet solution that allows users to log in, transfer funds, and complete KYC or KYB processes securely. With CorePass, you can access Wall Money services, store accounts, and perform online or offline transfers without relying on traditional authentication methods.

What cards are available?

Wall Money supports several card and payment form factors:

  • A Virtual Card for online purchases and Apple / Google Wallet.
  • Plastic debit cards (Visa and Union Pay) for everyday use worldwide.
  • Metal cards (Visa).

What is MoneyX?

MoneyX is a decentralized, programmable, and stable digital currency system designed for instant, global payments. It is powered by fingerprint-based proof-of-funds and real-time auditing to ensure fiat backing. MoneyX tokens are programmable, unstoppable, and operate 24/7, making them ideal for fast, borderless transfers with PayTo executions.

What is PayPass?

PayPass is a digital payment pass that works inside your Apple or Google Wallet. It enables unlimited global payments and transfers via MoneyX, supports both fiat and crypto transactions, and is especially useful for merchants in the Wall Money network. With PayPass, you can make instant payments anywhere in the world.

How can I transfer money using Wall Money?

You can transfer money through MoneyX for real-time exchange rates and instant transfers, PayPass for Apple or Google Wallet payments, ICAN addresses for international or domestic use, and TxMS for offline SMS or MMS transfers.

What is the PayTo?

The PayTo protocol is a decentralized payment system that enables instant, seamless transactions between people (P2P) and businesses (P2B). It allows both online and offline payments, supports point-of-sale integration, and operates without intermediaries. With PayTo, transfers happen in real time, making it ideal for global commerce where speed, reliability, and security are essential.

What is ORIC?

ORIC (Organization Identifier Code) is a standardized digital wallet identifier for financial service providers. Each ORIC code encodes the organization, country, wallet type, and optionally the supported asset, making it a secure and scalable way to identify and verify digital wallets. By adopting ORIC, providers and users gain a trusted system for wallet identification in global crypto and fiat transactions.

What support options are available?

Support is available by sending a ticket directly via email. You can choose the subject of your request, such as general inquiries, account issues, technical questions, compliance, chargebacks, or other topics, and include your Core ID in the email ticket to ensure a faster response.

What is the Wall Money Pre-Sale?

The Wall Money Pre-Sale is a limited period during which you can purchase Vouchers that give you a discounted possibility to apply for a Wall Money account or related financial service once these services are launched. It is a “pre-buy application” phase: you are reserving a preferential, discounted application right, not a guaranteed account.

What exactly is a Wall Money Voucher?

A Voucher is not a bank account, not a representation of electronic money, not a security or investment, and does not earn interest or any guaranteed return.

A Voucher is a pre-sale instrument. It:

  • gives you the right to apply for a specific Wall Money financial service (for example, a bank account) on discounted or preferential terms once it becomes available, and
  • does not by itself create an account, deposit, or financial product.

Does buying a Voucher guarantee that I will get a Wall Money account?

No. Buying a Voucher does not guarantee that:

  • your application will be approved,
  • you will pass KYC/AML checks, or
  • the service will be available in your country or for your user profile.

The Voucher gives you the right to be considered for the relevant service under Wall Money’s onboarding criteria at that time, on the agreed discounted terms.
Should your Wall Money account be refused, your voucher will be refunded.

When does the pre-sale start and how does pricing work?

The pre-sale is planned to start on 23 December 2025. During the pre-sale period:

  • Voucher prices are dynamic and will increase over time as we get closer to the release of the bank.
  • The price that applies to you is always the price shown at checkout at the moment you place your order.
  • We are not required to adjust your price if prices later increase or decrease after your purchase.

What is the 654 Club?

The 654 Club is a special pre-sale programme within Wall Money that offers exclusive, discounted Vouchers and additional benefits as described on the Platform. 654 Club Vouchers:

  • are still Vouchers governed by the same general Terms,
  • may include extra perks or preferential pricing, and
  • can be purchased 1 unit per user at a time.

Specific conditions for 654 Club (including discounts and CoreID rules) are binding and apply in addition to the general Terms.

What is the CoreID matching rule for Early Adopter NFT discounts?

If you use an Early Adopter NFT discount (or any promotion that is tied to your CorePass identity), the following applies:

  • The CoreID used to claim the discount at purchase must be the same CoreID that is used later to create or log in to the Wall Money account that tries to redeem the Voucher(s).
  • If you buy multiple Vouchers under that discount, all of those Vouchers are linked to the respective assigned CoreID used at the time of purchase.

What happens if the CoreID does not match at redemption?

If, at the time of redemption:

  • the CoreID used to open/log in to the Wall Money account does not match the CoreID that was used to obtain the Early Adopter NFT discount,
  • the corresponding Voucher(s) may be treated as permanently invalid (“burned”),
  • and no refund will be given, except where required by mandatory law.

Do I need KYC to participate in the pre-sale?

No. The pre-sale Platform itself does not perform KYC. During the pre-sale, we only collect basic information necessary to process your order:

  • name and surname,
  • email address,
  • billing address,
  • limited payment and technical data (via payment providers).

Full KYC/AML checks will only be required later, when you use your Voucher to apply for a regulated financial service (for example, opening a Wall Money account).

Will I need KYC later to redeem my Voucher?

Yes. When you redeem your Voucher to apply for a Wall Money account or other regulated financial service, you will have to:

  • complete identity verification and KYC/AML checks,
  • provide documents such as proof of identity, proof of address and, where necessary, proof and source of funds, and
  • accept additional banking/financial service terms and conditions.

If you do not pass these checks or do not provide the required information, your application may be refused and the Voucher may not be redeemable.

Can I buy a Voucher without creating an account?

Yes. You have three options:

  • CorePass: log in with your CorePass and we receive your CoreID and email.
  • Manual account: register directly with us using your first name, email and a password.
  • No registration (guest checkout): complete your purchase by providing the information needed to process the order (name, surname, email, billing address).

Which payment methods and currencies can I use in the pre-sale?

Payments in the pre-sale are processed in fiat currency via third-party payment service providers (currently Stripe and Coinbase Commerce).

The available payment methods (such as card types or local methods) and currencies will be displayed at checkout on the Platform.

Can I get a refund for my Voucher?

In general, Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where:

  • a refund is expressly provided for in our Terms (for example, if we are unable to provide the intended service for reasons not attributable to you), or
  • a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law.

No refund will be given if:

  • you fail KYC/AML or other eligibility checks,
  • you do not provide required information or documentation,
  • you violate the Terms (including the CoreID matching rule),
  • your Voucher expires or is not redeemed in time, or
  • your behaviour is fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.

What happens if Wall Money cannot provide the service I bought the Voucher for?

If, despite you complying with the Terms and not breaking any rules, we are unable to complete the provision of the intended financial service connected to your Voucher for reasons outside your control (for example, we are unable to launch or offer that service at all), we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price of the Voucher, in line with our Terms. If the reason we cannot onboard you is related to:

  • your failure to meet eligibility or KYC requirements,
  • your failure to provide requested information,
  • your breach of the Terms

no refund will be due (unless required by mandatory law).

What are the age or country restrictions for the pre-sale?

To participate in the pre-sale, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher),
  • have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and
  • not be subject to sanctions or restrictions that would make it unlawful for us to sell Vouchers to you or to provide you with services.

We may refuse orders, cancel Vouchers or restrict access if we reasonably believe that selling to you would violate applicable law or our internal risk policies.
